Wendy Fedoruk has been an active Canadian real estate investor for 12 years.  She is the president and owner of U.S. Property 101 Real Estate Consulting Services focusing on residential and commercial real estate in Phoenix, Arizona.  Her U.S. investment interests began in late 2007 and include a portfolio of six cash flow positive properties. Wendy completed the Russ Whitney real estate training course in 1998 and has continued to educate herself through similar programs, financial planning courses, and top rated books and literature. She has also gained great knowledge through key professionals and veteran investors. Wendy is a member of the Advocis Financial Advisors Association and faithfully adheres to their high standards of professionalism and abides by the strict code of Professional Conduct. She also belongs to the Canada REIC Real Estate Investment Group and PGIB Canada.

Donna Corraini’s interest in real estate investing began after having the experience of creating an opportunity. She found a nice lot in Turner Valley, AB, built a beautiful 3 car garage house, and sold it for a profit. Since then she has been studying and building a portfolio of ways to acquire real estate. Donna has completed several real estate investment course’s and continues to educate herself  daily to keep up with the ever changing real estate market. She also belongs to the REIN and Canada REIC Real Estate Investment Groups and enjoys masterminding with other motivated investors. She is the president and owner of Karma Solutions Inc. focusing on residential and commercial real estate and creating opportunity for people to Rent to Own.
